We are producing ldpe regrinds, we have clear and black color, we sell truckload quantities, most of use the regrinds at 100 % very little add some blend needed, we can provide samples and lab test reports on our material, our current capacity is 500 mt month, details: ldpe grade a+:
specification: 100 % natural with 1% max tolerance towards moisture dirt dust labels stickers.
ldpe grade a: (98 - 2 film scrap) - specification: approx 98 % natural balance colored ldpe film. - approx 2% tolerance towards dirt dust labels and stickers - 1 % moisture tolerance
ldpe grade b: (95-5 scraps film) - specification: approx 95% natural - balance colored ldpe film - about 2 % tolerance towards dirt dust labels & stickers. - 2 % tolerance towards non ldpe content - approx 1 % tolerance towards moisture
ldpe grade c: (90 - 10 scrap film) - specification: 90 - 10 - approx 90 % is ldpe film content of which (90 % will be natural balance colored ldpe films) - 4-5 % non ldpe content - like strappings - pp film - plus 2-3 % of labels stickers dirt dust organic waste etc - rest is moisture
ldpe white hoop house specification: all white film with slight contamination of dirt and moisture
