1.  Terms of Payment  : ( 30% deposit / 70% againts Bill of                                      Lading Copy)
2. Packaging               : Standard Export Packaging, Shipper                                    In Containers.
3. Country Of Origin    : Malaysia

        4. Time Of Shipment   : Within 15 days after contract Signed.

        5. Port Of Loading       : Any port in malaysia

        6. Document Provided  : 1. Signed Commercial Invoice /                                                      Packing List in 2 Original.

                                            2. BL will surrender / Telex after                                                        received the balance 70 % full                                                        payment.

                                            3. Provided Certificate Of Origin to                                                  avoid pay Import Custom TAX.

        7. Additional Condition : 21 Calender days of container free                                                  using time after vessel arrived at the                                              destination.
