Leak Test Apparatus :The LT is used to test for the integrity of packed strips, blisters and small containing tablets, granulates, liquids and so on. The instrument is used to test the quality of the packaging process and to check that the seals enclosing the product are perfectly intact. The leak tester is designed to find the smallest holes and imperfections in blister packs and other semi-rigid product packaging.
Leak Test Apparatus offered comprise fully automatic as well as programmable timer and vacuum support for up to –560mm of hg and is designed to deliver automatic vacuum release at end of the test. Coming with automatic controls of vacuum level through oil free vacuum pumps these come with polycarbonate vacuum dessicator with instrumentation support. Made available as per GMP model options, these feature stainless steel body for durable process support.
