Processing Description：
Load the plastic lamp cup and install the PCB board, 1.5 worker—install aluminum cooling plate, brush thermal grease—install the light source plate, 1 worker —automatic lock screw (including the screw detecting) —defective product remove—Middle wire shapping—load the lamp base (E27B22) —cutting the middle wire—load the lamp base (E27B22) —Press the rivert (B22 welding) —testing—defective product remove—press the needle—gluing—clasp the lamp shell—marking—aging testing—cleaning and packaging.
Whole set machine divide into 3 section, Light source plate assembly, lamp holder and lamp housing assembly, finished products aging. Customers can according to own requirement selective, and each section can be freely combination.
