Klsl5630w has the most solder friendly structure- with just two terminals that protrude out & are sufficiently long. Most of the similar models from competitors have four invisible terminals that are difficult to manage in-house soldering.

Further, the klsl5630w package has large heatpad that connects better thermally for outward passage of heat and keeps the led cooler.
