"Vertical Band Sealer" As the name suggests- The band seals the product vertically up to 10 kg. The height of the machine is adjustable as well according to the length required. The equipment has a variable speed conveyor. it is fully adjustable. Nitrogen suction can also be connected to the durability of the product. This equipment can seal the large packets of wheat, powder, chemical, pesticides, spices, seed, putty wall, cement. Also certainly used by the industries that supply vegetables like onion, potato; suitable for transportation purpose. There's no requirement of handy operation. One just needs to put the filled bags beneath the conveyor i.e. on the roller bands. With due heat and applied pressure by the sealing machine, the product is sealed. Thus through the band, the product moves forward and then it is released on the other end.
