Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed
primarily of calcium carbonate in the form of
mineral calcite.
 Smelting and other metal refining processes.
 Manufacture of Portland cement.
 Crushed and used as aggregate, the
solid base for many roads as well as
in asphalt concrete.
 Used for remineralizing and increasing
the alkalinity of purified water to
prevent pipe corrosion and to restore
essential nutrient levels.
Non Hazardous material but avoid prolonged
breathing of dust. When in contact with eyes,
can cause irritation. Immediately flush eyes
with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
