Lincomycin Hcl as Lincomycin base - 10 gm
Neomycin Sulphate as Neomycin base - 10 gm
Vitamin A - 50,000 IU
Vitamin D3 - 10,000 IU

Breeders - 500 gm./metric ton - one week/ month continuously since chicks arrival time to till culling of the birds. (or) as advised by a Veterinarian.
