Automatic Bottle and Vial filling capping machine is suitable for chemical, food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceutical application. It has an SS elegantly matt finished body and rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance. In this machine 4 head filling unit and 1 head capping unit synchronized with AC variable drive system

Features

• Any bottle fixing in star plate, machine stop system.
• Mechanically stopper for bottle holding at filling point
• Minimum change over time, from one size to another size of container or fill size.

Technical specification

• Output – 20 to 40 bottle per minute.
• Power – 1 hp 3 phase in filling head, 1 hp 3 phase in capping head, 5 amp in vibratory coil and 0.25 hp in conveyor drive.
• Bottle dia – 22 mm to 70 mm.
• Fill size – 10 ml to 500 ml with the help of different size of syringes and star plate for bottle dia.
• Accuracy - + / - 1% on single dose.
