Linear Motion

Linear motion is motion that occurs in a straight line. Ball bushings are used on shafts and reduce friction in both axial and linear motions. Ball bushings can be self-aligning and offer good wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. Pillow block bearings, also known as plummer blocks, are bearings encased in a housing designed to offer support to rotating shafts.
