ZSG Linear Vibrating Screen, using vibrating motor as vibration source to make the materials be thrown on screen surface, at the same time make the sport straight line forward. This device can be equipped with single or multilayer screen to achieve the grading, impurity removing, powder sifting, testing and end washing purposes and so on. It main components: motor, screen, frame, in feed hopper and output hopper, etc.
Working Principle and Construction
Linear screen uses double vibrating motors to drive,when two motors synchronous reversely rotate,exciter forces eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and united as one across the motor axis direction,so its movement trajectory is linear.There is an angle of inclination two motor axises relative to screen deck,under the influence of resultant force of exciter force and materials self weight,materials are throwed up to make saltatory and linear movement forward on the screen deck in order to screen and grade the materials .Applied in flowing line to achieve automatical operation.There are following features:low energy on sumption,high efficiency,easy maintenance,whole sealing and no dust emission etc.The highest screen quantity is 325 and can screen 7 kinds of different graininess materials.
