Precise liquid Temperatures controlled by digital temperature by digital temperature indicator cum controller increase the productivity and quality of output while reducing the process time and rejections. The fully automatic operation with simple controls and easy installation of liquid chillers helps in quick installation and running.

Brazed heat Exchangers are also available in place of shell and tube chiller. The brazed plate heat exchanger has a simple operating principle. Based on the plate & nozzle orientation, each fluid passes through alternative channels within the heat exchanger. All plate material and nozzels are Stainless Steel with copper used for brazing the heat exchanger together. An extremely high heat transfer coefficient is attained due to the flow characteristics in each channel. A specially designed and tested flow pattern causes a turbulent flow of the fluid resulting in higher heat transfer.
