instructions for liquid silicon rubber for shoe molds
1. Brush some release agent to the original sole mold.(release agent can be soap water, detergent, vaseline etc)
2,form a box for the original sole mold.
3,mix our shoe sole silicone with the catalyst (3%~4%)evenly and pour the mixture to the box.
4,after the shoe soles silicone rubber cured, simply demould it ,then you will get a finished sole silicone mold.
shelf life liquid silicon rubber for shoe molds :
8-10 months when stored less than 24°c in original unopened packages.
