Contact SupplierLLDPE Roto Grade Granules typically have a melt flow index (MFI) ranging from 3 to 10 g/10 min (at 190°C/2.16 kg), with a density between 0.935 to 0.939 g/cm³. They exhibit excellent environmental stress crack resistance and high tensile strength of approximately 18–22 MPa. The impact strength is typically above 30 kJ/m², making them suitable for applications requiring high durability. The granules have a Vicat softening point of 90–105°C and offer good UV resistance when UV-stabilized grades are used. They are generally processed in a temperature range of 180°C to 230°C during rotomolding. The material is supplied in natural, black, or custom-colored granules, and packaging is done in 25 kg bags or jumbo bags for bulk supply. Shelf life is up to 24 months when stored in dry, shaded conditions.
