Bunk bed is a bed wherein a bed is stacked over the other with a vertical support. A ladder is used for a kid to reach the upper bed. These beds essentially provide sleeping space for two but occupy the space of one. This increases the spaciousness of the bedroom. The upper bed is supported by a railing at the corners to protect the kid from falling.
