Long Block Peeling Machine

ASE’s Long Block Peeling Machine is specifically designed to convert Long foam Block into a thing foam roll with precision and efficiency. This machine has a 30-meter bed that is composed of MS pipe sections and has a wooden board covering it to create a low-friction surface that is ideal for placing foam blocks.
The movable cutting head features two balanced blade wheels, a heavy-duty knife guide, and a cutting blade, ensuring smooth and accurate cuts. Its feed system, built on accurate ball screws and side trimming motors maintain the correct sheet width, guaranteeing consistent quality.
