Long Neck Ring Terminals

When insulating a standard terminal with heat shrink tubing … the challenge is being able to seal the crimp barrel, but not have the tubing impede the ring terminals. The long neck provides enough room to get a good seal and not have the tubing impede the ring terminal. Long neck ring terminals were designed to be insulated with heat shrink tubing. The 45˚ slope of crimp barrel provides additional strength in sealing the ring terminal.
