Long Range Proximity Switches

Protocontrol offers new range of long rang proximity switches. These switches are available in inductive & photoelectric types. Inductive proximity switches in size m 80 with sensing range of 40 mm, while photoelectric switches in diffuse type with sensing range of 1500 mm, and 25 mtrs in through beam version are now available.
protocontrol also developed proximity switches with higher sensing range in specific size. Standard m 18 inductive switch is having sensing distance of 6-8 mm where as m 18 with higher range will give sensing distance of 12 mm.
inductive proximity switches are generally used for position sensing of metallic parts. these switches are exclusively used for position, speed sensing and counting. Switches from size m 6.5 to m 80 are offered having sensing range up to 50 mm.
photoelectric sensors are exclusively used in spm and pharmaceutical machinery. Long range, sensor are used in heavy industries like crane. Sensors with fiber optic cables are available to sense tablet, print mark, pouches and caps.
special long range anti-collision sensor developed by protocontrol offers sensing range of 5 mtrs in diffuse mode and 20 mtrs in retro reflective mode making it unique for crane industry.
