Product Introduction

Our precision EDM machine uses HT300 cast iron through precision casting technology, to ensure the high stability and long-term accuracy of the machine tool bed. High standard assembly reguirements to ensure the machine X/Y axis accuracy  within  3 um. The equipment winding system adopts enhance operational smoothness and cutting stability which is crucial to improving the mechanical performance.

The scientific integration of the independently developed high-frequency power supply and intelligent modular design and circuit system not only marks the company's independent control of core technology,but also demonstrates its profound foundation in system integration and optimization.This design enables the machine tool to adapt to the processing needs of large-thickness materials while maintaining high efficiency.

This equipment is particularly outstanding in its balance between cutting efficiency and smoothness. The first cutting speed is over  15000mm²/h,and under different processing modes, even if the speed is adjusted, it can still keep excellent finish performance, with a minimum of Ra 0.5um, which is also leading in the industry.
