It features a cleated or plain rubber/PVC conveyor belt with widths typically ranging from 400 mm to 600 mm. The conveyor length can be customized between 5 to 15 meters based on truck height and loading bay requirements. The system operates through a 3-phase electric motor with a gear reducer, delivering smooth and continuous movement. Height adjustment is achieved through a mechanical screw jack or hydraulic lift system, allowing the belt to tilt from ground level up to lorry bed height (around 2 to 3.5 meters). The unit is mounted on caster wheels or solid tires for easy mobility. Conveying capacity typically ranges from 500 to 1000 bags or cartons per hour depending on the material and incline.
