LOSS IN WEIGH FEEDER

 The loss-in-weight system is normally supplied with a standard hi-tech metering screw feeder either single or twin screw from 15 mm to 250 mm diameter and output range from 1.0kg/hr to, in excess of 30,000 kg/hr.

The selection of the correct type of feeder from our extensive range is determined primarily by the type and specification of the material to be handled.

Accuracy:

Optimum Loss In Weight measurement results are obtained where the product being handled has good linear volumetric feed:-from 0 to 100% of the required flow rate. In this situation, We expect ± 0.5% or better accuracy

FlowRate:

Providing the controller can measure the change in weight,very low flow rates can beachieved. The limit on through put of a loss in weight system is the ability to refill the loss in weight hopper in the required time frame.
