Weigh Belt Feeder

Loss in Weigh Feeders are designed for accurately blending of fine powder solids. The system consists of a high precision bin weighing with a variable speed screw feeder attached to it. The in-fill is controlled through a pneumatically electrically operated gate. The rate of change in weight is measured and the screw speed is controlled to match the process requirement by using an advanced PID algorithm. Cumulative value of material discharged is provided along with flow rate retransmission. Optionally, digital communication feature is available for third party interface.
