Introduction
Low cement castable mainly uses alumina material and silica powder as raw materials. It is a kind of powder materials, and is constituted by refractory material together with some agglutinant.
Advantages
High density, low apparent porosity, high strength, low wear resistance, high thermal shock resistance and well corrossion resistance.
Application
Low cement castable can be widely used for those industrial furnace's working lining, permanent lining( working temperature under 1400c), such as little refining Ladle cover, Ladle & Tundish permanent layer, heating furnace working wall, top and bottom. Blast furnace body, Hot metal ladle permanent layer.
