These tapes are coated with non-transfer type speciality adhesive, to withstand abrasions and scratches on smooth and sensitive surfaces. We have developed products to suit various surfaces like matt, extra-matt, suede, glossy, mirror-finish, etc. ‘Futura’ brand helps to retain the sheen of the smooth surfaces and makes it look fresh and new.
The quality of the guard film manufactured by us is widely approved and is regularly used by leading colour coated steel and profile manufacturers. It is also used by Decorative Laminated Sheets and Aluminium Composite Panel manufacturers. Our product is well standardized, technically and mechanically and is very ideal to use online.

We offer this product in plain, colour as well as printed. The available colours:

‘FUTURA’ brand surface protection film/tapes are available in different variants to suit the surface finish (matte, glossy or suede) and in the required widths. The standard length per roll is 100mtrs for manual application and 2000mtrs for online machine application.

The adhesion values of surface protection film varies from surface to surface. We give below the adhesion values required for various surfaces :

Adhesion values gms/ 25mm width Surface finish 20-40 gms Sensitive and super glossy surfaces like acrylic, polycarbonate etc. 40-60 gms Mirror finish, super glossy, gloss level >80%. eg. Glass, SS, Anodised, Colour Coated Steel, Machine application. 60-80 gms - Do - Manual application 100-120gms Universal – suitable for glossy and normal matte surface machine application. 120-140gms Matte finish, powder coated, colour coated, gloss level 30-50% manual and machine application. 140-180gms Extra Matte, suede finish surface. Gloss lever <30%. Machine and Manual application. 200-220gms Heavy Matte, Aluminium Composite Panel, Stainless Steel embossed surface, Machine and Manual application. > 280-300gms Modified surface, Fabric surface etc. 1000gms Carpet and similar surface for surface protection while painting.
