Construction and mode of operation:

Exterior is fabricated out of pretreated CRCA Steel sheets finished in powder coating epoxy paint.

•

Bath chamber, chamber lid and condensor cooling coil in bath - All made of S.S.

•

Continous Duty Refrigeration System modules cooling capacity from 0-100% on demand.

•

Circulating Pump and stirrer made of S.S. Ensure uniform temperature in bath and continously recirculate liquid at constant temperature through external closed loop system.

•

Control Box, carrying all the controls, indicators, switches, pump and immersion heater is placed on the top.

Controlling & Regulating

•

Digital Display of actual value and set value with 0.1ºC resolution allows exact control of temperature and repeatable setting of the same temperature value. The temperature in the bath is measured with a high precision PT - 100 sensor

Controller, fully Electronic temperature and heater controller give high precision and a high response due to built in feedback.
