low temperature soaping agent for printing 753-100% is combination of polycarboxylic acid and polyoxyethylene ether. It has excellent properties of emulsifying, dispersing, cleaning and anti-re-dyeing under 65-75℃ and is suitable for low temperature soaping of printing fabrics,can effectively remove loose color and prevent re-dyeing.

application process
753-100% is a high-concentration, its valid ingredient is 3-6 higher than the same kind product in market, pls get it diluted by 3-6 part water before use.
dilute method: put the product into container, then add in clean cold water, stir to make it solve, it can be used when it is fully dissolved.
action: heat liberating during dilution can help dissolving. If temperature is too low, heat a little.
application field
used for low temperature soaping of printing under 65-75℃
recommended dosage
diluted solution of 753-100%: 1.0~5.0 g/l
packing: 50 or 120 kg per plastic drum.
storage: can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition. Pay attention to moisture resistance.
