1. The preparatory work:
contact the compressed air source with gun's air port before painting.
(the air must be through the oil-water separator filter) adjust the air press 0.45-0.5mp.
2. Loading coating material into tank :
adjust the material with diluent(ready mixed paint no need the liluent) ,and filte the impurity.
3. Adjust the painting range:
turning the adjust screw as cw to up limit, it will paint as round section. Turning the adjust
screw as ccw , it will paint as ellipse section (sector section),adjust the painting arange as
well according acturally using status.
4.paiting value adjust:
turning the painting value screw as cw ,make the stroke of value pin shorter ,then the painting value will low .turning the value screw as ccw, make the stroke of value pin will longer then value up .
5.air value adjust:
turnning the air value screw as cw, air value will low ,turnning as ccw ,will up .
6.painting:
press the trigger , the pressure air will be clean the dush of product. Press the trigger,
the coating material will be painting on product .
