1. prohibit cross refilling gas into cylinders by any other gas companies except owner.
2. prohibit disassembly valve from cylinder by any others gas companies except owner.
3. to help gas company to control their end users & cylinder not lose anymore, which can help gas company to increase their profits

4. writing, reading, gathering real time data into each chip at each process such as: set up cylinder files, filling gas,
deliver gas, take back empty cylinders etc.
