Machines need constant and automated lubricating oil supply. If the lubricating oil is hampered then consequential damages are beyond proportions.

Solution:

By using Mukund make Flowtech lubricating oil flow switches, this problem could be overcome. The flow switch is installed on oil lubrication line going to the machine. Hence monitoring all the time flow of the lubricant to machine. We had installed our flow switch on number of lubricating systems.

Field Case:
Our lubricating oil flow switches are used to monitor lubrication of huge gear box churning huge stone crushers in cement factories. The stone crushing machine gearbox needs lubrication constantly, the lub line is constantly monitored with Flowtech flow switch and a constant supply of oil is ensured to the gear box. Any discrepancy in lub oil supply to the gear box triggers a alarm in DCS & subsequently corrective action is initiated by the DCS.
