directions:
- mix the ginger-garlic pastes, salt, “lazeez fish fry mix” with some water to make a thick paste & smear over the fish. Cover marinate for 30 minutes to 2-hrs. - fry the fish over low heat. Tips:- - if the fish is not fresh, rub it with lime juice & salt. Leave for 15 minutes. Then wash with several rinses of water. - before frying roll the fish pcs.in 125g of semolina/ gramflour/rice flour/breadcrumb & fry.
