*Guillotine/Foot Shearing M/c :
This is used for shearing/cutting the tin sheets in to many strip for manufacturing lug/twist off caps. Stacking stands are available for stack the sheared strips.
*Gang slitting M/c for strip cutting:
This is used for shearing/cutting the tin sheets in to many strip for manufacturing lug/twist off caps. Stacking trolley and grinding attachment are available.
*Roll Feed Systems:
Feed the strip in to the die set/press tool in to equal pitch in every stroke of the power press.
*Press Tools/Die Set:
Pillar die set, (rear, diagonal) for blank and draw, piercing, curling, embossing, cutting, lug forming operation for lug/twist off caps . Manual feeding and roll feeding type are available.
