LX-1520Z Die Cutting & Creasing Machine

On traditional die cutting machines, feeding unit is driven by main motor through mechanic mechanism. Paper feeding is one on one, which is suitable for thin corrugated paper and cardboard. But for thick corrugated paper, this feeding method becomes helpless. Servo motor driven feeding unit perfectly resolves the problem. It can not only realize one on one feeding, but one by one feeding. Our MY1520-Z Auto-manual feeding die cutting and creasing machine adopts this kind of feeding unit,  not only suitable for die cutting and creasing of thick corrugated papers, but also suitable for cardboard papers and thin corrugated papers. The machine adopts modular design, each unit can be combined freely, feeding unit, stripping unit can be added or removed when you feel necessary. Mirror machine can be tailor-made according to demand.

Features of Each Unit :

• Feeding Unit (mechanical and servo styles are optional)
  
  • feeder hoist is driven by lead screws, realizing the change of feeding method between auto and manaul.
  • the feeder is driven by independent servo motor, and the sucking stroke and feeding stroke of suckers is longer than common feeders, ensuring better flexibility to both corrugated paper and cardboard.
  • conveying belts are driven by servo motor, realizing variable speed conveying, consequently avoid damage to front edge and high efficiency and accurate register
  • Paper feeding cam is controlled by servo motor, paper feeding time can be adjusted digitally.
• Die cutting unit
  
  • Enlarged grippers can hold paper tightly, especially suitable for thick corrugated paper.
  • Mechanical gauges are equipped in front and back of movable table, side gauges are enlarged, ensuring better accuracy.
  • Basement, movable table and top platform and wall plates are made of nodular graphite casting iron QT500-7, high strength and never deform.
  • Cam and link mechanism transit force more stably and efficiently, ensuring delivery unit working more smoothly and faster. Gear driving mechanism is optional
  • Adopt Japan-imported double-pitch chain, ensuring smooth running and better accuracy.
  • Center line is equipped, facilitate make-ready time.

  • Whole machine is controlled by PLC, realizing real time monitor and inspection from paper feeding, paper conveying, die cutting and delivery. Coordinated with security sensors, ensures in time machine stop when accident occurs, protecting operator as well as machine itself.
  • Man-machine interface and control panel are all from international brand. LCD shows working station and troubles when it occurs. Solutions can also be shown when you touch trouble notice.
