Lychee Honey Our pure & natural Lychee Honey is produced in the hives of bees pollinating trees in our own grove. We have gone to great lengths to assure that the bees make the honey from the nectar of only the lychee flowers, rather than orange blossom, palms or other sources of pollen. Lychee Honey from the pastures is honey sourced from bees that forage and feed primarily on the blossoms of Lychee flowers, harvested in June when the flowers blossom.
