Lyophilizer

Jindal Vacuum Freeze Dryer / Lyophlizer cover a wide range of application from multi user centralized laboratory to pilot plant determination work. The lyophilizer is a free standing, castor mounted unit with a fully accessible cabinet. The system is supplied with a powerful double stage vacuum pump. The standard laboratory Model is equipped with hermetically sealed reputed make compressor to provide temperatures up to -40° C. A non magnetic stainless steel condenser trap is provided for complete effluent removal.
Thick copper refrigerant coils are insulated by polyurethane for maximum efficiency. The vacuum drum (22.8 cm diameter x 25.4 cm height) is made of non magnetic stainless steel with plexi glass top covers and incorporates 8/12 quick seal valves / port for manifold drying. Double stage vacuum pump with gas blast provides a quick and highly efficient vacuum. Digital microprocessor based vacuum indicator is provided for continuous vacuum monitoring. 
Digital temperature indicator is used for monitoring chamber temperatures up to -40° C. Samples ports with 12.5mm outer diameter are provided for quick drying. The unit is aesthetically designed with steel cabinet with powder coated outer body. The instrument is designed to work on 220V AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).
