An independent machine room is not required any more by Goldenstar machine room-less elevator solution. Great performance does not require a machine room but a great technology which lives up to ever increasing demands on efficiency, flexibility and safety for every investment. The permanent magnet synchronous gearless drive unit is installed inside of the shaft, so that the space of traditional machine room is obviated and the cost for building construction is consequently reduced. In addition this makes the architectural design more flexible and adaptable.

Designed for 2 - 30 sto earless elevators. The reduced sheave size, together with a redesigned machine makes the whole package compact thus allowing the machine to be mounted within the hoist way itself and so eliminating the requirement for a machine room on the roof.

Company Details

The entity of this contract is entire and indivisible.It does not amount to sale of any materials or part thereof. The lift when installed & commissioned duty tested & certified for use will be passed on to the owner on receipt of full contractual amount by us.
In the event of delay on your side of any reason what soever, we reserve the right to claim company station to the extent of revision of the contractual amount .
In the event we having completed the work of installed of the lift at your site, but lift cannot be com missioned due to reasons beyond our control, we will entitled to the balance payment in full and final sattelment of the contractual amount.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage of delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to back of shipping space,embargoes, acts of government, strike, lockout, fire, accident, theft, explosion, floods, riots, civil commotion, war, malicious mischief, power shortage delay in supplies of raw materials and componant either at our suppliers work or our work due to any or of GOD or action of states enemies, or act of the third party. If damage occurs to the materials, tools and works, in the premises from any such cases, you shall compensate us thereby.
We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage by any reasons of any act, neglect or default in our part or in the part or in the part of agent, servants, or workmen suffered by yourself or by any other inspire of the fact that such person or persons might, prefer a claim for damages or compensation against, due successfully or otherwise, without in any way limiting the opration of the foregoing provision, you may note we will not liable in any event for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Our offer is prepared keeping in view the present rules and regulation in force. Hence any addition requirement to be met at the time of installation, but not anticipated will be at extra cost.
