We manufacture wide range of engineering Machine Components available with high precision machining and within tolerance specified. Available in unlike specifications, machine components are used in varied industries. We are expert in supplying PTFE components with fillers which can be blended with the PTFE base resin to enhance certain properties e.g. glass fiber, carbon, graphite, molybdenum disulphide, bronze, etc.

A proper combination of inorganic and metallic fillers will further enhance the factors like creep resistance, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, arc resistance, dimensional stability & hardness. Where parts need to retain a degree of elasticity, the compound used will generally be low on filler. Whenever there is a problem of friction under load, a high filler content should be used.
