Magnesium stearate Molecular formula: C18H35MgO₂ white sand easily without resistance powder; slight special smell; creamy feel in contact with skin. This product in water, insoluble in ethanol or ether, mainly used as lubricants, anti-adherents, glidants. Particularly suitable granulation oils, extracts drugs, the particles made with good flowability and compressibility. Used in direct compression tablet glidant.
