Structure & theory: the instrument consists of the measurement system, indicating devices, magnetic electrical contacts devices, the outer casing, adjusting device, junction box and other components. When the measured pressure acts on the spring tube, it will produce the corresponding elastic deformation at the end part - displacement. Amplified by the transmission device, it will be showed on the reading device by indicating device. Meanwhile, the pointer drives the movable contactor on the electric contact set, then contacts with the predefined pointer. When the two pointers meet, the control system switches on or off the current circuit to achieve automatic control or to send a single to warn. There is a permanent magnet, which can be adjusted, on the electrical contact signal pin of the electric contact device. It can increase the suction of the contacts and can speed up the action. It will make sure that the contact is stable, the arc is eliminated.
