Applications:
The magnetic agitator line is used wherever special requirements are placed on the freedom from leaks of the stirring container and high speeds must be transmitted.
Design:
1.The magnetic coupling ensures the hermetic sealing of the container. The power is transmitted contact-free by means of encapsulated magnets by a stainless-steel split pot. The bearing space of the stirrer shaft is completely filled with oil and sealed off from the interior of the container with a simple axial face seal.
2.At higher container pressures, a pressure compensation between the bearing space and the product space is carried out by a monitored pressure compensator.
