Usage of mash boiler brewery equipment : we maidilong use a combination of two devices,small floor space, rational layout, easy to operate, they are made of mixture of copper, brass and stainless steel materials, fine handcraft, specification is from 300 liters -2000 liters each time, it is used for mash, filtration, sedimentation and boil of production process.
Two vessel brewhouse system is designed to produce high quality in an efficient manner. the brewhouse is made of 304 stainless steel, and includes an integrated pump, heat exchanger, stainless steel brewing platform, valves, sight glass, condensation stack, manual control panel and process piping in a compact and sanitary modular system.
the two vessels consist of (1) combined vessel of mashlauter tun on top and hot liquor tank on the bottom, and (2) a combined vessel of brewkettlewhirlpool.
(1) mashlauter tunhot liquor tank features:
* dished top vessel, lauter tun has v-wired false bottom and hot liquor tank has a sloped bottom
* lauter tun is equipped with top mounted light, and side mounted grain out door and grain chute
* hot liquor tank is equipped with a level sight gauge and side-mounted man way door
(2) brewkettlewhirlpool tank features:
* steam jacket on the bottom and side of the vessel to heat the wort
* sanitary centrifugal pump with variable speed control and water cooled bearings
* equipped with condensation stack with water spray nozzles.
