Mail Room Equipment for processing large volumes of mail or ordinary day to day office mail requirements. Mail Receiving equipment includes letter openers, security mail scanners and mail carts. Mail Sending equipment includes envelope sealers, folderinserters, labelers and tabbers. Mail Opening machines open envelopes, count the number of envelopes processed and some models will date and extract the contents. Fold and Insert machines automatically fold and insert up to four sheets, reply cards and reply envelopes into one envelope. Sealing machines are a bit more complex. Sometimes called "pressure seal", this technology folds and seals "self mailing" documents.
