Recipe to make Maize Flakes Snacks :

• First get fried your Maize Flakes
• Then Heat oil in a separate pan (on very low heat) and add Mustard seeds. Wait until they sizzle
• Then add curry leaves, asafetida powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, cashew nuts, peanuts and Chili powder as per your taste. Stir a minute. Mix this all well.
• You can also add other spices as per your liking
• Pour this mixture on fried Maize Flakes
• Add some salt and sugar as per taste.
• Mix all, until Maize flakes are well coated with the spice blend
• Maize flakes Snacks are ready to eat…….Enjoy
