Major Engine Repairs We undertake overhaul of Engines of all local like Voltas, Godrej, ACE, Nilkamal Also carried out successful for International brands of forklifts like Toyota, Hyster, Nissan, Nichiyu, Doosan, Hyundai etc. We remove , repair, overhaul and refit P4, S4 , Kirloskar, Nissan, Doosan, Isuzu, Yanmar, Hyundai engines for Diesel and LPG models. All activities like engine block boring, Crank grinding , head surface cutting, replacement of piston rings, sleeves & Fuel pump & nozzle calibration , Radiator, Tank cleaning, Hub greasing etc. (Complete 6 cylinder isuzu engine dismantled) The 10 year old highly used engine was ceased, a major workhorse of the company. It Was thoroughly checked for defects, crankshaft/camshaft were worked upon and All major failed components organised and replaced (Arranged parts at very economic prices of the imported isuzu 6 cylinder diesel engine, assembled the engine, tested and successfully commissioned in very short duration. The engine was reinstalled back on 10 t imported forklift and is running to user’s satisfaction
