All activities like engine block boring, Crank grinding , head surface cutting, replacement of piston rings, sleeves & Fuel pump & nozzle calibration , Radiator, Tank cleaning, Hub greasing etc. (Complete 6 cylinder isuzu engine dismantled) The 10 year old highly used engine was ceased, a major workhorse of the company. It Was thoroughly checked for defects, crankshaft/camshaft were worked upon and All major failed components organised and replaced (Arranged parts at very economic prices of the imported isuzu 6 cylinder diesel engine, assembled the engine, tested and successfully commissioned in very short duration. The engine was reinstalled back on 10 t imported forklift and is running to user’s satisfaction
