YDXD-780Pro-I man portable drilling rig is specially designed for diamond drilling at inaccessible locations. Its modularized design features its extreme convenience to break down into light pieces and ease to carry to the job site. This rig consists of diesel power unit, hydraulic system, control panel, mast, wire line winch, drill head, feed system and foot clamp, etc. And robust structure plus exact control system ensures high penetration and outstanding reliability.

Main Features

1. Less weight: Integration of oil cylinder and guide rail; Aluminium alloy ground beam;

2. Faster: The doubling mast mechanism helps drilling faster and achieving better concentricity of coordinate cones, better stability and longer penetration;

3. More fuel-efficient: Thread compensation makes drill pipe more durable. Variable pump and motor are more in line with any drilling conditions. Only 1 liter of oil is needed for 1 meter’s drilling, to which three self-developed patent technologies are applied such as oil cylinder guide rail device, doubling mechanism device and thread compensation device.

4. Easy Dis-assembly: Power unit, hydraulic tank, control panel and drill system are separated from each other. Each of them weighs lightly to ensure easy transportation. The rig can be adjusted according to particular mining sites and well for 45 to 90 angle drilling in a much more narrow drilling field.
