Being a regular Trays & Fixture supplier to many furnace manufacturers and Heat Treatment Shops, we have a large inventory of standard patterns for base trays for almost all major furnace manufacturers. We offer various sizes of Base Trays for Normalizing, Hardening & Tempering, Sealed Quench (SQF), CGC Furnace and Continuous furnaces.
We design Trays for new applications alongside modifying the designs of the currently used trays for optimum service life in the most extreme applications.
Trays are also available with built in rail guide for Pusher type furnaces. Reversible base trays with in-built rail guide are also available.
These Heat Resistant Casting Trays are often cast in High Ni / Cr / Niobium Alloys such as HK, HT, HU, HN, and HX etc. Using green sand molding and Co2 processes, we also provide Exothermic Sleeves for risers so as there are no internal cavities left after material shrinkage. Our commitment to high quality standards assures a considerably longer service life for our base trays.
Our Main Aim for Heat Treatment Trays & Fixtures:
• Maximum utilization of the Heat Treatment Furnace capacity.
• Longevity (Life) of the Fixture.
• Minimum weight of the Fixture.
• Performance Ratio i.e. Weight of the Heat-treated Components to the Weight of the Fixture. This ratio has to increase.
• Loading and unloading ease for the Operators.
• Selection of proper alloys depending on load, temperature and type of Heat Treatment.
• For Mass Production we design fixtures in such a configuration that fixtures are loaded in the machine shop by the machine operator and transported to the Heat Treatment Department
• All Fixtures have as cast test piece, month & year of manufacture, Grade and Co. Logo.
The main Grade of Heat Resistant Castings manufactured in our Unit at Aurangabad is of - HH, HK (310), HN, HT and HU Grade.
The other grades that we manufacture on a regular basis are Stainless Steel 304 /316/310/410 (For Paper Industry & Sugar Industry), Stainless Steel FLANGES / VALVES, Mild Steel, Manganese Steel, Ni-Hard, Haste Alloy Steel & all other ASTM Grades. We are in this field from 1998 and serving the Forging Industry since then.
We have an In house Pattern Shop, 2 Nos. Induction Furnaces, well equipped Lab and a skilled team, which is working with us from the commissioning of the Unit.
At our Unit at Aurangabad, we Melt Virgin / Fresh Scrap of all Grades at a Temperature of 1600 Degree in Induction Furnace, to Cast made to order castings weighing from 02 Kg to 140 Kg Single piece Finished Casting.
