The products are the high-strength W-SMC manhole cover and water grates researched and developed by the company in 2009.The products are produced through forming a high-density whole by high-temperature moulding with high-strength W-SMC sheet moulding plastics(under the patent application number of 200910095562.5) being the base material.The products are shaped like iron plates with a hard texture,and have made up for the defect of BMC reinforced products for inconformity with testing load. The load of the products have met the requirements of GB/T23858-2009 standard through verification by the state authentic departments with its maximum load reaching 900KN.At present,the products have been widely used in inspection wells of power,telecommunication,mobile communication,fuel gas pipes and chemical bases etc., and real estates,urban arteries,high-grade highways,expressways,freight transport piers and airports etc..
