MANIFOLD THREADED CYLINDERS A11

DESCRIPTION:
These cylinders can be threaded directly into manifold/ fixture body. Suitable for positioning, clamping or ejecting the work piece. These cylinders can be used in fixtures where space is a constraint. Special aluminium washer provides self sealing. Aluminium washer is included in the delivery.
FEATURES:

• Threaded cylinder with internal threaded piston rod.
• Can be lined up to very close dimensions, as close as hexagonal nut (min 35 mm).
• Min./ Max. Operating Pressure 5 / 250 bar.

NOTE :

• Do not load in retracted condition.
• Refer general design notes before selection & use.
• Ordering specification for seal kit. Add prefix "SK" to the model Number.
• Keep back pressure to minimum for smooth working of cylinder. (Refer General Recommendations sheet Page No. R1).
• Tighten manifold cylinder to specified tightening torque Tt mentioned in the specification chart.
