Any candidate approached and interviewed is entitled to receive a detailed written position description on terms approved by the client.
All candidates we present have been interviewed and fully evaluated according to Skilltree¡¦s standards. The Company, on entering into a contract with theclient or the candidate, automatically procures the right to represent either party.
We conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates. Clients are provided critical briefings about the same Executive Search Terms and Conditions.

Neither Skilltree nor the client shall reveal any information with respect to the terms & conditions or any such related information between Skilltree & the Client, to any individual, firm, entity, party, organization, group, or incorporations.
