The fibers and propelling air pass through the gun and into a nozzle at the front of the gun having an elongated forwardly open chamber. An elongated electrode is carried within the nozzle chamber and is coupled to a suitable electric power source for electrostatically charging the fibers and for directing them forwardly over the entire length of the chamber toward the surface of an article being coated
working principle:the electrostatic flocking machine is a high voltage generator. The principle of work is that unlike charges attract each other.when the electrostatic flocking machine working, it generates high voltage and the flock has a negative charge. Put the substrate at a zero potential or earthed. The flock flies vertically onto the surface of the substrate on account of the attraction by the substrate. The substrate was glued before flocking. So the flock stuck vertically onto the surface of the substrate.
