1. Sanwad Consultancy creates New profit centers for the company by appointing Franchises with Monopoly rights for long term by doing following work….
 Appointment of Franchises/Sales staff & giving them sales training.
 Investing time & doing expenses to meet Wholesalers, Retailers, Ayurvedic Hospitals/Institutions and Leading Doctors.
 Convincing active distributors to take Franchise as per our Terms & Conditions and ensure business from them.
 Creating Franchise Information form on behalf of company & maintaining all Franchise Information/Records.
 To Launch the company effectively – Initially giving Classroom & Field Training to Franchises/Sales staff to launch the company effectively & successfully in their local market and Giving field Induction to motivate them for practically generating sales from Doctors/Medicals/Clinics/Hospitals etc., for further Business Development of the company.
2. Give Training & Marketing support as & when required to generate regular & incremental sales of the company products.
3. Setting up practical work systems for better control on, regular & effective working of Sales Staff.
4. For the first year ensure sales as per expectations of the company on Quarterly/Yearly basis.
5. 2nd year onward ensure 10-20% growth on Quarterly/Yearly basis by monitoring all Franchises.
6. Conducting Training & Sales meeting on monthly basis for Franchises/Sales Teams to ensure regular & incremental sales for the company.
7. Taking responsibility of handling sales operation in allocated Region/States as per mutually agreed Marketing Strategies.
8. Establishing Sales of the Company products in the allocated Region/States by establishing network of Active Franchises/Sales staff.
9. So offers Long term sales growth to the companies & establishing company image in the market by doing effective sales operations (Recruitment, Training, Sales Activities & follow up).
10. Working with Monopoly rights & Long term relation basis by signing an agreement with the company.
